Technician Training for the ProGen, GenDrive, and GenFuel System
A full GenCare package ensures a qualified on-site service technician is at your service through rapid, in-person responses to your needs. Our GenCare technicians are fully-trained on GenDrive and GenFuel systems on a monthly basis in Romeoville, IL and receive continual e-learning education through our electronic training platform.
Operator ProGen and GenDrive System Training
We ensure our customers are properly trained on how to use their GenDrive and ProGen fuel cell equipment. Certified GenCare technicians will perform on-site or convenient online operator training, which reviews proper use and maintenance procedures to ensure maximum uptime of the fuel cell units.
Customer/Partner GenSure System Training
This two-day training is intended for those who are responsible for the design, acquisition, installation operation, or maintenance of their GenSure fuel cell systems. After a mix of classroom and hands-on instruction, customers will leave with a full understanding of the GenSure fuel cell and outdoor cabinet systems and components.
