BRIDGID BROWN

Bridgid Brown serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO, Vice President, Managing Counsel, and Interim Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Plug Power. In these roles, she provides strategic and operational leadership across legal, human resources, and executive functions, supporting the company’s mission to scale the global green hydrogen economy.

Bridgid brings more than 25 years of legal and corporate experience, with a career spanning private practice, in-house counsel, and senior management roles. She has extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and organizational development. At Plug, she plays a central role in advancing cross-functional alignment between the company’s legal, business, and people operations.

Before joining Plug, Bridgid held positions in corporate and legal leadership where she advised on complex commercial transactions and compliance frameworks supporting business growth and transformation.

Bridgid earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College. She is admitted to the New York State Bar.
