Plug Power’s GenCare product training is offered to technicians and customers, designed to ensure maximum uptime of your hydrogen fuel cell fleet. GenCare service and training is provided, not just for the fuel cell systems, but for the hydrogen fueling infrastructure as well. Training instruction is offered at Plug Power’s East Coast headquarters (Latham, New York) and West Coast office (Spokane, Washington) and is intended to provide comfort to customers adopting a fuel cell solution into their operations.
- Technician training for the GenDrive and GenFuel system:
A full GenCare package ensures a qualified on-site service technician is at your service through rapid, on-site response to any customer needs. Plug Power’s GenCare technicians are fully trained on GenDrive and GenFuel systems on a monthly basis in Latham, New York.
- Operator GenDrive system training:
Plug Power ensures customers are properly trained on how to use their GenDrive fuel cell equipment in a material handling application. Certified GenCare technicians will perform on-site operator training which will review proper use and maintenance procedures to ensure maximum uptime of their GenDrive fuel cell units.
- Customer/Partner GenSure system training:
This two-day training is intended for those who are responsible for the design, acquisition, installation, operation or maintenance of their GenSure fuel cell systems. After a mix of classroom and hands-on instruction, customers will leave understanding the ins and outs of the GenSure fuel cell and outdoor cabinet systems and components.
