David Waldek joined Plug Power as Interim Chief Financial Officer in February
2007. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the Company’s financial and
information services operations.
Concurrently, Mr. Waldek serves as co-founder of CFO Advisory Group, where
he is responsible for providing strategic financial and business advisory services
for high-growth companies. He has also held positions as Chief Financial Officer
for Albany Molecular Research, Inc. and served as Vice President of Finance with
Boston Scientific/Namic. Mr. Waldek has 20 years of financial experience in the
service and manufacturing industries with both public and private companies.
Mr. Waldek is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of
Rochester and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the William
E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration.
