MARK A. SPERRY, Chief Marketing Officer

Mark Sperry joined Plug Power as Chief Marketing Officer in May 2000. Mr.
Sperry currently directs all of the Company’s strategy and marketing activities,
including corporate, business and market development, strategic planning,
product marketing and marketing communications. During his tenure with
Plug Power Inc., Mr. Sperry designed, built and managed the Company’s
program management, sales and customer operations organizations.
Prior to joining Plug Power, Mr. Sperry spent 15 years at Xerox Corporation,
where he served as Vice President and General Manager for the Production
Color Business within the North American Solutions Group. While at Xerox, he
also held a wide range of positions spanning finance, operations, marketing and
strategy.
Mr. Sperry holds a position on the Executive Committee of the American
Marketing Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics
and Political Science from Dickinson College and a Master of Business
Administration degree from Syracuse University.
