Gerry Anderson, CFO

Gerry Anderson joined Plug Power as Chief Financial Officer in July 2007. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the Company’s financial, investor relations and information services operations.

Prior to joining Plug Power, Mr. Anderson was the Treasurer and Director of Finance for Intermagnetics General Corporation. Utilizing an acquisition growth strategy, he managed finance, treasury, risk management and business valuation functions for the medical device manufacturing company. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer for J Management Company. In addition to managing finance, controllership, merger and acquisition and treasury functions, he also helped set the strategic direction of the company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Anderson spent 15 years with KeyCorp, eventually as Senior Vice President, Director of Business Analysis and Management Reporting. He has more than 25 years of financial experience.

Mr. Anderson is a director of the Gilda’s Club Capital Region New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Arizona.
