Plug Power has begun its week-long exhibit at the Hannover Fair in Hannover Germany. As Europe’s largest hydrogen and fuel cell tradeshow, there are over 148 exhibitors from 22 countries joining us. Despite the declining economy, there are a record number of exhibitors in the fuel cell hall this year.
Plug Power is highlighting our Continuous Power Division this year, showcasing both our prime power and residential power GenSys units. Our booth setup was eventful but successful. We overcame hurdles of lost luggage, tools, parts and extreme jetlag to achieve the fastest setup time in Plug Power history!
The fuel cell industry is well represented this year. We’re happy to see exhibits from several of our partners such as BASF, Vaillant, Dana, HyGear, Rittal and Ballard. Exhibitors this year are rich with potential, specifically in regards to potential suppliers and partners.
Monday was a day of meet and greet as attendees and exhibitors arrived and became reacquainted with each other. Our booth attendance was high for day one, entertaining more than 100 guests and receiving several optimistic leads.
