Ballard Power Systems: Plug Power and Ballard have a mutually exclusive agreement in the North American lift truck market where Ballard is the exclusive supplier for fuel cell stacks for Plug Power's suite of GenDrive Products. In addition, Plug Power is the exclusive systems integrator for Ballard's fuel cell stack into solutions addressing the material handling market in North America. This agreement extends through 2014.
